well im working. quite a bit actually. im cooking as usual at this place called lands end which is pretty uppity. i had been hired for about 2 hours and hadnt worked a minute yet and i went on teh company party trip across the bay for free beer and all you can eat oysters and bbq. it was very cool to say the least. the problem you guys have with rabbits in your garden is teh same thing they have with otters in there oyster beds. very funny situation all together. the good side is im learning to cook sea food and shuck oysters so thats something. alaska is treating me good with a free place to stay (friends boat in the harbor) and free food (work). im just starting to get used to the daylight thing...the sun goes down around 11pm and comes up around 430am....we gain 5 minutes of daylight everyday. this weekend is when all the tourists come into town so its supposed to get busy. other then all that im just hangin out and walking around. the scenery is amazing and teh wildilife is great but its weird getting off work at 11pm and the sun still shining. anyways im off
