We arrived on July 17th at Silver River State Park in Ocala Fl . On July 18th we went to Silver Spring and went on the glass bottom boats. We have not been there since 1972 and things have change. Silver Spring is where they filmed the show Sea Hunt, Flipper and Tarzan and Jane. There was a tower ride and you could get some good views from the top. We went on one ride that was like a tram and they took you though the animal area. While we were on the ride the driver said that this one bird had a tendency to bit so to keep your hands in. I decided to take picture of the bird and as I went to take a second one he bit my finger. Guess I should of listen more. The boat trips were really enjoy able and the grounds were nice. It was a really good deal to since we had a coupon for buy one ticket and get one free.
Well July 19th and time to head home. It has been a really good trip, but you know home always is nice to come home to.
