After a long drive from Auckland (and Patrick's first kilometers on the wrong side of the road) we finally arrived in Tauranga where we were greeted by David and Tatiana, the hosts of the Seascape Villa, our B&B. Both were very nice and we had a nice chat over a cup of coffee, but all we needed was a little sleep. In the evening we had great dinner with the 2 hosts and 2 other guests, an English lady, married to a Kiwi, and a young English med-student who is doing an internship here in NZ. She was a little special, but we had great fun and forgot about being tired for the rest of the evening. After a good night's sleep, we had a wonderful breakfast and the weather was great with the sun shining nicely. In Tauranga we went on a short walk around a rock standing in the entrance of the harbour which was quite nice. Our road led us then to Rotorua, the geothermal capital of New Zealand.
