Problems - no one with my name on a sign board on arrival. Spent 5 minutes double and triple checking everyone. Even got the PA person to announce my name (maybe not the smartest thing). Did find someone looking for a Ms Kelly in a party of two. So - after a couple of phone calls and e-mails, I braved the airport shuttle service (still think better than a taxi). I did get to my hotel without any problems.
