Eric gave us a wonderful tour of the facility. Deck Masters offer the full package complete with lumber yard, retail store and deck building company. The Deck Master division is made up of 2 warehouses with an awesome shop - see photos. Eric runs 2-3 crews and has a great system on top of his trucks for transporting lumber - see photos. Eric made the jump to full retail with hot tubs patio furniture and his latest move into outdoor kitchens. They have a system for knowing where crews are and where each clients permit stands. This is a very efficient tool for the company and provides solid lines of communication throughout the company. Eric is also working with local township inspectors with over 20 plus individual townships involved so his permits are approved In an effort to help expedite permits.
