Tarangire National Park is SE of Lake Manyara and wraps around the Tarangire River. Due to the river, Tarangire has a very large population of animals during the dry season. This makes it nice, as you do not have to follow the herds. We spotted Zebra's ( many pregnant), Wildebeests, Hartebeests, Elephants (with babies), Giraffes, Waterbuck, Impala's and much much more.

These photos are from day 1 of 4, on my epic childhood adventure. My obsession with the East African Plains is finally coming true.
