Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve, Province of Puntarenas, Costa Rica

Jip Lining
We chose 100% Adventura based on a locals recommend, and he was right. The group sizes were small (just us) and it has 16 platforms in the Santa Elana Cloud Forest.
Upon arriving, we spotted our first poisonous snake! It was smaller than I expected, it was actually tiny (but still deadly). We had a quick introduction, training session and we were off. In total, we did 16 platforms and 1 superman Jip. We both passed on the Tarzan/bungee swing. Over all, it was the best part of Monteverde.
Orchid Gardens
After years of avoiding gardens, my Mom's influence finally rubbed off. We spend our afternoon relaxing and visiting the local Orchid Garden. Costa Rica has over 500 orchids, the smallest being the size of a pin head. I have attached a few photos.
