Copenhagen, Denmark to Malmo, Sweden, to Lund Sweden
I locked up my belongings at Copenhagen's airport and made way towards Maria. First though, I followed her suggestion and stopped by the town of Malmo for a few hours. There, as tired as I was, I did some sight seeing and spent some time in a precious park. Malmo was definitely worth spending a restful day in.
At about 2p.m., I realized my little eyes could no longer sightsee and hopped onboard the train to Lund. There I did some window shopping before it was time to meet Maria at Kilroy's Travel at 4p.m. It was so good to see her friendly face once again. We ended up having dinner at a local restaurant where I was able to share my travels. Afterwards, we took the bus back to her apartment. There we shared some ice cream and she showed me her amazing pictures from South America! It's such an interesting experience to witness the same trip though another eye. By the end of the night, Maria made arrangements so that I could be picked up at 3:30a.m. the following morning to catch my flight back to London. I was ready to go.

Flying back to CALI
I will admit that prior to leaving for Europe, I was nervous about visiting 11 countries in 3 weeks. I figured something was bound to go wrong. But in the end, everything worked out just fine. No major catastrophes other than the sudden death of my digital camera's LCD screen. On the way home, I looked though my travel journal. I couldn't help but take a considerable sigh. I had just about completed the most dynamic and intense travels thus far. The trip was certainly difficult to encapsulate. On the one hand, it was historical and educational. On the other hand, I was able to relax and spent time with old and new friends. Then there was the tremendous opportunity for self-reflection on my part. I only wish my next trip is nearly as wonderful.
