I used my rail pass for the first time to get out of Dublin and into the real Ireland. last night I stayed in Killarney, which is sort of like Asheville. It is the gateway to the Ring of Kerry and Dingle Peninsula. It's touristy but the travelers aren't just kids going to cities to party all night. The town is pretty much full of Americans. I got lucky last night and had a 4 bunk room all to myself. Today is the first day I feel human after being jet lagged for days.
