Woke up to our first wet morning on Monday at Narooma. Tried to stay another night, but they were fully booked!  So we packed up and got moving!
Headed south along the coastal route again.  Beautiful trek yet again, gorgeous winding roads through spotted gum forests, beautiful green undulating hills, beautiful rocky beaches… so pleasant even in the slight drizzle that followed us most of the way.  Called in to check out Mystery Bay, a campsite we wanted to stay at but it was wet and miserable and the ground was black sand and we didn't want to be traipsing that through the van.  Mystery Bay was really lovely and under different circumstances would have been absolutely perfect.  Beautiful rocky cliffs and caves and gorgeous beach and Bay… will certainly have to come back here as it is magic.  We reluctantly moved on and stopped at Tilba for a look.  Great little historic township nestled in the most picturesque green hills.  Great energy and close knit community feel here.  Stopped at the Tilba Cheese Factory and bought some cheese, (yum).  Drove through more stunning countryside to Tilba, Tilba then back out onto the coastal road heading south.  Shock horror when we reached Merimbula as it was so busy with cars and people everywhere – was buzzing like a bloody beehive!  Freaked us out so we kept going looking for peace and quiet!  Ended up in a perfect park between Lake Curalo and Aslings Beach in Eden.  Warm friendly hospitable hosts in the caravan park here – Eden Tourist Park.  Set up just before a torrential downpour.  Very wet evening.  Woke to cloudy but no rain so that was nice.  Did some local exploring...  checked out Eden township, drove up and looked at Merimbula, which is very pretty but way too busy this time of year.  Went for a great walk through Ben Boyd National Park to see the Pinnacles... beautiful coloured sandstone cliffs on the ocean.  Nice, quiet little place.  Had to get the Jeep fixed though, as the electric brakes seem to have packed it in and we really do need them!

Great to see the coast line, hope the weather stays fine over Easter. Noticed you had a jumper on so can tell your heading south. Don't eat too many choccy eggs, but a good alternative would be a bottle of Baileys. yum.
