The journey ended not far from home today. It did involve quite a bit of work though. We left Welcome, North Carolina at 7:00pm for Concord, NC where we will start early in the morning. The day was filled with last minute preparations, fixing small things, and waiting. When we finally left, it was pretty much smooth sailing. Marcelo is driving the school bus filled to the max with donated items. He is pulling a 1982 Toyota behind him with an AC unit on it. I am driving a large flatbed truck with multiple AC units, a stove, a refridgerator, and much more on it. Behind me, I am towing a minivan on a trailer. Juan Carlos is driving the Jeep Cherokee which will soon be pulling a trailer with 2 Sea Doos! We stayed with a great family from West Cabarrus church in Concord. They were very hospitable and obviously great partners in the ministry with Marcelo and PDVG. What a nice place to rest up for the coming day. I know now that blogging may be a luxury and this might be a series continued "when possible." Just bear with me and keep praying.
