I've been in Houston, Texas for about five hours. Now I know what you're thinking and no I haven't joined the military yet. However I have been offered a job as a Navy Seal...at least that's what they told me at the local mall. Maybe I'll go back later and see what that's all about.

So we took the Charleston show off because it was a poor venue and headed to Raleigh. The shows really blur together at this point. We did Raleigh and then a seven hour drive to Atlanta where the show was yesterday. That show went well and now we have today off. The Warped buses are actually stopping around NOLA to do some clean up which is really awesome. I talked to the woman signing people up with the tour and apparently they have over three hundred people. There are roughly 600 people on the tour and if they're on the bus they're either cleaning up or sitting on the tour bus while everyone else cleans up (looking like an ass/feeling guilty). I would've liked to have been there, but we drive ourselves and it didn't seem too feasible.

The tour has been going really well and I meet new people every day. Arron and I met some guys from Ferus, one of the bands on the Sugar Hooker stage this year. Marcos and Jason seem really cool. They play guitar and drums. When we met them they guy from Fuse was there and he had just done an interview with the catering people and was now set up behind us. If you watch Fuse and see any Warped coverage, look for me because I see cameras filming random crap all of the time. Sumner, the guy that runs the non profit stuff, is trying to get an interview and the word out on the non profit section.

I also met some guys from another Sugar Hooker band, Adair. Sid and Patrick were just as nice and supportive of the ONE Campaign. They said they'd stop by and sign some day. AFI just joined the tour and they seem to be the band most of the crew and other bands are excited to check out. Helmet remains the highlight of my day (despite them hampering my work). I did see the lead singer from AFI (the only band I'd recognize before I started Warped) the first day of the tour and I have a feeling they'll grow on me like a lot of the other bands have.

So I'll be doing the Houston show, then Dallas on Saturday and I'll fly out that night to Milwaukee for a couple of nights. Brande was nice enough to give me Sunday off to see the nine inch nails show with Rachel. I may also be back in Milwaukee for a week at the end of July which will be sweet too. If you want to do something this weekend, drop me an email or give me a call, but I can't promise much.
