EN: After hiking in Kluane we felt tired that we really enjoyed next two days just sitting in car and driving towards Alaska and later to Fairbanks, located in interior Alaska. There is one of our Czech friend Katerina living in Fairbanks for few years already. We had always plan to visit her once we are in Alaska and her door has been always open for us. Unfortunately the circumstances forced Katka to spend her summer this year in Czech with her family, so we could not meet her here. So we continued travelling.
CZ: Po trekování v Kluane jsme byli tak unaveni, že nám další dva dny strávené v autě na cestě na Aljašku a posléze do města Fairbanks, nacházející se v centrální části Aljašky, přišly vhod. Ve Fairbanks žije již pár let naše dobrá kamarádka Katka. Dlouhé roky jsme de domlouvali, že ji jednoho dne ve Fairbanks navštívíme. Bohužel věci se tomu chtěli tak, že Katka právě toto léto potřebovala strávit zpět v ČR u své rodiny a my mezitím cestovali zde. Někdy to tak prostě v životě je.
