We managed to not wake up with hangovers; we also managed not to wake up until 1. A late full English breakfast was nice; sausage, bacon(think slices of Canadian Bacon), eggs, tomatoes, and mushrooms. After breakfast, we headed to the city center. Liz and I were heading to the Slam Dunk Festival to see Fall Out Boy a bit later. We strolled around the high street with Dan and Fran for awhile. Leeds City Centre shopping area was unbelievably huge; I can't imagine how it will be London. I wish I would have taken more pictures of the masses of shoppers. We ended up at Millennium Square about 4. By the time Fall Out Boy started playing, we were about half-frozen. They put on a great show (which warmed us up), and I'm glad we took the time to see them. HelloGoodbye, who I hadn't heard much about, put on a good show as well. We met up with Dan and Fran afterwards to warm up in bar. I tried Guiness for the first time; it was nothing like I expected. It was very smooth and I think somewhat enjoyable. We ended up at a bar/club named Fudge. Apparently all the people that couldn't get into the big dance club across the street ended up here. English people aren't good dancers.
