Hi everyone,
Yesterday was a lovely day at the House of Martha. The Ingebolo was opened. This is a special rooms for the older girls to learn womanly ways. THis was a project started by some other Americans associated with Amway in Michigan. We asked them if we could help and they needed mattresses so the girls didnt have to take the older mattresses from the rooms they shared with the 40 other little ones. They were very happy.
The open house ceremonty was very nice. The girls were introduced and they wore traditional clothes and danced. Even though they are 12 years old, they are at a grade level of 4, 5 and 6.
I wrote earlier of the Reptile Farm Visit that we took everyone to. That was more expensive than we originally thought because we had to rent a bus. But the children loved it soooo much. They could barely talk. They were taking it all in.
The rest of our money I will probably leave with the director to use at the House of Martha for more chairs and items they need in the house. I just realized I need to take more pictures of the interior house. I will do that soon. You may have to wait until Im home for all the pics to be uploaded because we are paying for interenet time.
Love you all,
Michelle and Christina

Hi Michelle and Christina
We're happy that the money is being put to good use. It must feel good to see the enthusiasm of those children and young people when they receive something. Here we are spoiled and take so much for granted. We had a missionary from South Africa two weeks ago and he was talking about this too.
Toronto just signed up Turk for 34 Million- - -I sure hope that he donates a LOT because it's not little folks like us who can make a difference with our donations. Orlando Magic is getting Carter, a guy from Daytona Beach who has been very generous to his community and I wouldn't be surprised that he gives to foreign countries as well.
It was nice hearing your voice this morning. Thanks. Mom
