This summer I will be traveling to Montara, California where I will venture through the novel "Story of a girl" written by Sara Zarr. From what I can tell this novel takes place in a small town where a young girl at the age of thirteen goes where no young girl should go at that age with one of her brother's supposed friends.

I am also going to read the novel "Crank" written by Ellen Hopkins. I am interested in traveling through the mind of a girl who is hooked on drugs to see where her life leads her. This novel is actually based on a true story. The author went through a similar situation with her daughter and the monster they call "crank".

Finally, I am going to venture out to the world of "Girl bomb" written by Janice Erlbaum. I am going to Brooklyn, New York with a run away girl who lives a hard life but believes it is better than being at home.

Although I have never been to any of these places I am excited to learn about my new adventures to these different cities and states. I love to travel and this will be a new way for me to do it and to learn and look at it in a different perspective. This is a first for me and I am going to enjoy every single minute of it.

I hope everyone enjoys their journey just as much as I am going too.
