My first ever stop in Africa

I am officially in Africa for the first time. I am also officially a millionaire. It's too bad that 1,000,000 Ugandan Shillings is only worth about $570. Everything here seems so chaotic -- the roads, the traffic, the shops... especially the roads. It is customary not to slow down or really try to avoid the many bicyclists and mopediers but merely to honk as you approach (at full speed). The resort hotel that I will stay at just for this night is quite nice; it even has air conditioning!
