For the first time in as long as I can remember I spent new years eve without drinking one alcoholic beverage.  Sooo god damn boring...just jokes.  I had a good low key time in the city.  Locals were setting of some serious fire crackers.  Sounded like there was a war going on.  I can still here them blowing shit up now at 1745 Jan 1.  The fire works were cool enough from the castle in the centre and the bands sometimes played English songs that I knew, so that was cool too.

G'Day Andrew,

Just wanted to say Happy New Year. Good to see you're still crusing along nicely although I did have to cringe a little seeing you eat the horse burger considering I'm a vegie. My friends are trying to convert me but I don't think it's going to happen. Anyway just wanted to say hi and welcome you into the New Year. There's nothing exciting to report from this end, been a little slack gym wise over Christmas but will get back into it soon.
