I plan on stopping at the Tara Centre for a few weeks to meditate, work on my spiritual journey, buddhism and I have started planning my next trip. Looks like its off to the Alps Around Decemebr, or January for ski mountaineering with my old freind Twid, prior to hopefully my return to Lhasa in March 2008.

These pictures are taken over the course of this weekend whilst I was on an introduction to Buddhism course!

The Dog is called Whiskey, and I made new freiend and met many new, interesting and wonderful people!
