Well I am back in the Tara Buddhist Centre for two weeks. I am getting back into my mediation, meeting great people. One lady tonight who broke her neck in car accident.

As well as being beautiful she is an inspiration witty and intelligent. Its nice getting to know her.

First mediation in 3 weeks was fantastic!

The website is coming on slowly ; Tibet Adventure Travel

Hope to get some customers for 2008 through it.

I am giving alecture on Tibet and my adventure next year, to 120 people

Lots to sort out, house, job, getting back into climbing, sorting out my passport, planning an ski trip to the Alps, my return to Tibet next year,the business and my spiritually, which I working on....

....if only I could get to sleep before 2 am!
