Day 6

Greetings were given at the front of the church as Justin introduced us to family and friends.   It was quite a lovely evening, the soft warm breeze was refreshing and as I looked way up into the sky, a million little stars shone above us!  Looking at them all, a wish was made while thinking that it was a perfect night to get married on this evening, February 11, 2012!

Time was fast approaching…..we were nearing 8:00pm, the time in which the bride to be, was to make her appearance!

With my arm around Justin's, we both proceeded to walk down the aisle way up to the front of the church while listening to a lovely ballad being played by a group of musicians.  It was a magical moment, a proud moment in which Justin looked quite handsome and elegant as he sported a big wide smile on his face.

Family and friends finally settled in their seats at the front of the church and then we all patiently waited for the moment to come…..for the bride to be to make her magical appearance!

Glancing at the clock, it was now 8:00pm, the moment all waited for!   Fiorella, at the very back of the church, suddenly appeared all glowing and resplendent while holding her father’s arm under hers!  She looked absolutely stunning in her gorgeous white Pronovias hand embroidery lace appliqué dress with top fitted bodice, flowing train and beautiful long matching veil…..she looked just like a princess!   Justin’s face widened with pride as he first saw Fiorella and as she walked down the aisle, he just couldn’t take his eyes off her!

Halfway down the aisle, Fiorella was met by Justin.  If he was nervous, he didn’t look like it at all.    Walter, Fiorella’s father then proceeded to give his daughter’s hand to Justin for them to continue the rest of the walk together way up to the altar.  It was a beautiful moment in which they both looked absolutely glowing.

Vows were exchanged, speeches were given and throughout all of this, I didn’t cry at all….even though there were some tense moments.  It was a lovely wedding, one to remember and cherish forever in which at the end of the ceremony, the groom kissed the bride!

With the musicians’ music echoing all around us and the bells ringing loudly outside the church, the newlyweds walked down the aisle holding hands and we all followed one after the other.   The evening was still very young, the celebration was just starting!
