This morning we headed out to talk to the people at Evergreen RV and were really pleased to find out that they had the parts we need and that they can provide installation tomorrow.  We also took advantage to easy access to a Camping World to find some other items we have on our list - a quick way to shoot a budget!  Oh well, hopefully many of the items are infrequent or one-time purchases.

We are really enjoying the dry heat and are able to wear shorts for the first time since leaving home.  Today was a great opportunity to remove the Louisianna mud and do other housekeeping.

We didn't read the activity list until too late in the day so missed the potluck tonight at the RV park.  We did end up visiting with Sandi and Mike from Lakewood CO who are wintering in the park.  They like this hill country region better than 'down in the valley' because it is less congested - something to remember for the future.  They tell us that the snowbirds wintering in the valley increase the population to 250,000 from the normal 50,000 in the summer.  Sounds overcrowded to us.
