Don and Bob decided to pay 'Mr. Fix-it' today and tried to get to the bottom of a problem we have been experiencing with the entrance step. In the end they decided it was not a 'fix-it' situation but would require a replacement part. Eileen and I walked through their neighborhood and spent a lazy afternoon on the screened porch, trying to eke some heat out of the glimmers of sun that occasionally broke through the clouds.
