Continental really came thru for us.
Mom needed wheelchairs for the connections and they had one waiting at each gate for her. In Cozumel, you have to walk down the jet stairs and across part of the tarmac and they had one waiting at the bottom of the stairs. It made the travel part of our trip SO much better.
Line not too long when we got there. All flights were completely full. Got the green light and off to the Suburban and on to Pepita. We feel like the people who work at Pepita are family and it was great to see everyone again.
It was a little cold for Cozumel and it rained a bit so we didn't get our usual toasty brown this time but we still managed to have some wonderful beach time. Lots of building going on there. Too much if you ask me. It's taking away the wonderful, off-the-beaten-path feel that I fell in love with 25 years ago. Too much English being spoken!
We left at the crack of dawn like we always do.
