Last visit of the trip : Memphis TN. Had a great weekend there. Visited "Graceland" - house of Elvis Presley - which was amazing. The National Civil Rights Museum, actually converted from the hotel "Lorraine" where Dr Martin Luther King was assasinated: though not eye-popping, it was a real eye opener. There, I really felt the true meaning and significance of "civil rights" - how important they are, how lucky we are to enjoy them and take them for granted. Other than those two highlights, I also went to the famous "Beale Street" with its Blues & Jazz Clubs, stood by the side of the Mississipi river, had great food and enjoyed the hospitality of my hosts!
