If you wear clothes, sleep on a bed, eat on plates or use anything electronic you, most likely, are using a product produced in or filtered through the Guangdong province of China - which Guangzhou heads as its capitol. If you don't do any of these things, please re-read... :)

We arrived Guangzhou after a 29 hour train ride from Shanghai and met up with our "old friend" named Stephanie. Stephanie, a Canadian living and working in Guangzhou, actually just responded "o.k" to a mass text that an American guy, Mike, we met in Kunming sent out saying "I've got some American friends coming to visit me - but I have to leave... can anyone take'm?" Thanks Stephanie!

Anyway, Stephanie was awesome. We played a bit of (ugly) rugby, toured around the Guangzhou rip-off markets, got late night massages and ate some amazing (and very interesting) food. We also saw where every American comes to adopt a Chinese baby. More amazingly, we snuck into the world's largest and most important trade fair... It felt like a modern day gold rush just being in the fair... Thanks Pen-fifteen! See the pics for the stories! Dem some good one's :)
