I stayed in Seattle from June 21st to 25th. I was invited by Chris and Kath Knox to stay in their house. They have 4 kids and their 2nd, Faith, gave up her room for me. Thank you Faith, you're such a wonderful friend! Thank you Chris and Kath for all your care, fellowship and meals and for the Veggie Tales Bible!!!
Some of the highlights of my time in Seattle: going to the Seattle Zoo and Air and Space Museum with Chris and the kids, going to Science Fiction Museum and Experience the Music Project with Zach and Faith; lunch with Mardee McElwee and Susie Hughes; spending some time with Joel and Heather Kirtley and their kids; only a half-a-day with Scott & Lena Bensen and their boys; visiting with Kath Knox's parents... All these people I've known for years and I treasure the gift of their friendship and influence upon my life. Someday when I'm old and not capable of moving around anymore, I'll sit down and write a book about these heroes of faith... Because I remember their stories, it's like the Bible in 5D!
