My first night in Spain I stayed in a hostel because my flight came in at 7:30pm and the last train to Pamplona from Madrid leaves at 7:30pm. So before I left the US, I booked a private room in a hostel because many times the rooms are dorm style and you can end up sharing a room with any ol' person. When I got here I was very glad I had!! I was tired and had all my bags so it was a good thing to have privacy. I took a taxi to my hostel and the first thing I did was shower. Then I crashed because I had to get up early to catch the first train to Pamplona at 7:15am.
