We were heading east today from San Antonio today, until we had a malfunction. We left the campground, heading down the highway. We noticed a high pitch squel that was louder than before, but went away after a couple of minutes. After 30 miles, we stopped to gas up and eat breakfast. When we came out, we saw that something was hanging down from beneath the camper. I pulled it out from underneath. It of course was a belt. So, we returned to San Antonio to find a place to get it fixed. The place we stopped at sold us the part, but said they wouldn't do it for two days. Uncle Bill knew Camper's World was 30 miles or so north of San Antonio, so we headed north. When we got there, they said that they didn't take care of that, but sent us to a local guy. A couple of miles down the road we found the place. He checked it out and said that the air pump had frozen, and that he'd look after it after lunch. When he did come back, he found out that we would have to wait until 4:30 for the part to come in from another place. Around 5:30, he came back out and said it was the wrong part, and that the right part would be in in the morning. So we blacktopped in front of the guys business and hooked up the power so that we could have AC for the night.
