Arriving in Saint-Tropez, we were surrounded by a myriad of people.  Artists displaying their works for passersby, paparazzi trying to capture that million-dollar photograph of the various celebrities and wealthy elite, crew and passengers of the luxury yachts tied up in the prestigious port of Saint-Tropez and evening dinner goers on their way to a night of good company and gastronomy.

After enjoying a delicious dinner at a Thai restaurant along the waterfront, we made our way through the streets of St. Tropez, exploring as we went.  We passed other revelers of the evening, enjoying the fresh summer evening at restaurants, bars and plazas.  Children running along the cobblestone streets laughing in their youthful pursuits, lovers strolling arm in arm, elderly gossipers taking up their places on benches and resuming a conversation from the night before, and the more ambitious playing soccer in the square, kicking up dirt in their enthusiasm.

Our evening commenced at the hotel Byblos where we sipped on cool drinks by the pool before going down to the club beneath, "Le Cave", to enjoy the lights and sounds of the French discotheque.
