Today we woke up at around 10 AM, and spent the morning in the hotel room. By early afternoon, we decided to go and find a post office, so we could ship 10 kilograms of stuff home. We took a taxi to the central post office, and got a quote. We decided to ship the package with DHL, because with Phil Post (Philippines Postal Service) it would have taken 2-3 months by sea, but with DHL, it would be in Winnipeg in 3 days, and wasn't much more. It was also insured, and more reliable with DHL. We took it back to the Powerplant Mall, and they taped it up and sent it. It’s amazing how a package can get from the Philippines to Canada in 3 days.
While at the mall, we decided to enjoy some delicious Mexican food at Chili’s. I had sizzling chicken fajitas. They were delicious. After walking around the streets near the mall for a while after supper, we eventually took a taxi back to the hotel. At the hotel, we relaxed, and then went to bed. Thanks for reading.
