Okay, back in Chiang Mai. After 3 days trecking through the jungle, i can scratch a few things of my list of things to do.
-Spending the night in a native village (No i didnt sleep with the cheiftains daughter)
-Bamboo rafting down a river
-Eat raw sugar cane (Its unbeliveably good)
-Eat live grubs (wait for the video on this one)
-Ride an Elephant (not as good as i was thinking. the poor elephants didnt want to carry us, and when we realised this we didnt really wanna ride them)
-jump of a 10m cliff next to a waterfall into a deep pool (Richard from the beach style)
-Get within one meter of a live wild tarantuala (bam, these things are fast, again wait for the video)
-Drink my little native guide under the table (very easy, thai's cant drink)
And more stuff i cant think of right now. The people here are all so friendly. no matter what situation, no matter what happens, they smile and laugh about it.
i just got back from the trip an hour ago. was on the treck with a 8 people group.
oh, when i got back, i got informed that my room was already full. so they upgraded me to first class luxery. 3 man bed (now all i need to is fill it), two tvs, a bath, etc
life is peachy over here. everyone should do this.
I gotta go, meeting the guys for an all you can eat steak buffet (costs 200 bhat). i wont tell yas how much that is, cause it'd drive neal and gary crazy.... okay its just under 4 euro...
take it easy dudes and dudettes. the next stop is chumphon and ko tao, to learn scooba diving.

Update:
Okay, i made two slight mistakes in the last post. i had one more day in chiang mai. today i did they bunjee jump, saw the monkey scool (they teach the monkies to pick coconuts among other things), went to the snake farm and shot some guns. there were a few instuments of death to choose from. in the end i shot a .38 pistol (good for beginner) and a 12 gauge shotgun. oh and the other mistake is about the all you can eat steak house we went to. it acually cost 95 Bhat, which is just under two euro... had 3 beef steaks and one pork.
Okay, no more chiang mai entries, the next one will defo be from the beach!

Fair play on the bunjee jumping, not sure it's something I'd go through with...
