After leaving Tallinn around midday, we drove south to Halinga - where we stopped for lunch. We continued to Pamu, then went through the abandoned Estonia/Lithuania border crossing. We then followed the Gulf of Riga coast, passed the kite surfers, arriving at Riga around 5pm.
We are now back from having a really nice dinner with the tour group - got to love dining at a restaurant that has a drawbridge walkway.
The tour group is great too - I mean, got to love hanging around with people who think we look really young! People have thought we must have been having a holiday before starting a family!!! They have been surprised to learn we are celebrating 20 years of marriage.Too funny
Tomorrow - we will explore the city of Riga before heading to Vilnius, Latvia on Sunday
