I've been back home for 3 days now and never felt so cold in my life. It's been good seeing people again and having a real pint of cider. The trip home was worse than I'd expected. My previous 10 hour flights were fine, sat there watching films while people bring food and drinks was great. Two ten hour flights was not so much fun though. I'd like to avoid flying through America again. Finger print scans, photos and checking bags for transfer flights is just un-necessary hassle. One form even asked if I had been involved in Nazi Germany between 1933 and 1945. I never thought I'd be affected by what people call the traveling bug but the thought of never doing it again is hard to take in. May be a couple of months in South America could do the trick.
