We thought that getting two places on a tour for the next day during the holiday would be impossible, but luckily they did manage to find us two seats. The tour started at 6:30am in the morning and they told us that it wouldn't be in English
The tour included two Buddhist temples, a visit to the 'Seshuan Gardens', a trip to a random supermarket where nothing was in English, and the 'Nanjing Mausoleum'. The tour was very fast paced, lunch consisted of going to a Chinese restaurant and eating as much food as possible in the space of ten minutes before rushing off again. We had no idea what was going on for most of the day but that actually made is quite fun, it was like a mystery tour not knowing where we were going next.
Nanjing was so crowded we now see why there were no train tickets left! It was a bit of a whistle stop tour but at least we got to see the sights. We even took a boat ride, which was nice. At the 'Nanjing Mausoleum', three groups of people asked to take pictures with us which was funny, it even amused the other people in our tour group.
