We eventually left this morning and drove to the town of Dangriga. This is a small version of Belize City, very crowded with lots of narrow one way streets. Luckily we only had to drive along the main street to the end where we are hoping to stay. We had to make one diversion to get here, but no real problem and are now parked on the grounds of the Malibu Bay Beach Club. It is a posh name for a big pub, that said the owner has allowed us to sit about 30 feet from the sea looking straight at the water and so far there has been very little traffic except for aircraft to disturb the peace. It is quite cool here with a fairly strong on shore breeze.
