After the tin pot airports of India we arrived on a Singapore Airlines flight into Singapore on route to Vietnam and boy what an airport it is....
As airports go this has to be one of the biggest and most expensive we have ever visited with prices for duty free like London high street prices back home. However..... this has to be the best airport we have ever visited with free internet, free gaming on Playstation 3 and Xbox 360, free big plasma TV's to watch the premiership with lazy boy loungers (with in-built speakers) and loads of food choices and super clean toilets....... Great place to relax before taking a long flight elsewhere (the airport not the toilets).
We're back here in January and Mike can't wait to take on the Brazilians in FIFA 2009 2nd leg!!!!
