We left New Hampshire a day early so we could get to Eastern Pennsylvania to meet up with Steve and Ashley one last time. On the 22nd, they had a show in the morning. Meanwhile, Kelsey and I enjoyed a great breakfast at the Best Western. When we all met up, we decided to try out Rascal's, a food and arcade establishment that tries to resemble Dave and Buster's. The food was pretty good, and then we spent some time at the arcades. It was pretty entertaining!

We exchanged a couple Christmas gifts, too. Ashley made Kelsey a soft fuzzy blanket, the kind that is tied around the outside. And Kelsey scrapbooked their wedding and gave them their album.

That evening, we met up with Steve and Ashley's small group from church, including her parents. They treated us to join them in visiting the nearby Christmas Village. Pictures are attached. It was the largest display of Christmas lights I think I've ever seen. Some of it was cheesy, some of it was neat, but all of it was very festive, and it made for a great evening.

So from there we said our goodbyes. We hope to continue this friendship with the Barnwells certainly through this next semester, and hopefully beyond Camfel.

One quick note about our school in Nazareth on the 23rd (Nazareth, just north of Bethlehem, two days before Christmas). We had done this school last year. Come to find out, we even had some of the same kids helping us as we did last year, and they were great. This was just a fantastic school--a large auditorium, great student help, great audiences, friendly administration. It was a pleasure to do it again.
What warmed my heart, however, was seeing the kids who helped last year initiate a game of duct tape racing, just like the game I introduced them to a year ago! They remembered me, they remembered having a good time with it last year, and they wanted to play again! I regret this year not jumping right in and joining them. But nevertheless, it was nostalgic of last year. Great time :)

And with that, our school schedule this semester is complete!
