On our way out of the state of Maine, we we fortunate enough to be taking the coastal route. We had a prime opportunity to use some personal miles to stop by and see some lighthouses.

We stopped for two: Pemaquid Point, and the Portland Head Light. I'll let the pictures do most of the talking. It was a beautiful day for pictures, and with the help of a little bit of Dunkin Donuts hot chocolate, the temperature was nice for walking.

You know... now that I think of it... for being light houses, they were actually quite heavy!
