This morning, our show was scheduled to start at 7:25...

In the morning.

That meant we had to be there at 5:45....

In the morning.

Ouch. But all went well. We sucked it up. And fortunately, we were done the day by noon.

But after the morning show, we were approached by a large number of people wanting to talk to us. Go figure! The one day when we didn't have 3 hours in between shows; the one day when we had to pack up and leave, we had over a half-dozen people to talk to. We talked to a couple of middle school girls who liked our show. We talked to a woman from the newspaper who wanted pictures and quotes for her article. We talked to the principal of the school who raved about our show. We also talked to the woman from the Parish administration who set up all of our Louisiana schools. She said she has heard great things from the school up to this point, and she is very pleased to have seen the show in person.

I'm writing this now at the end of our week and a half in Ascension Parish, and our boss has just told us that he talked to her again today, an she said that she received fantastic feedback from the teachers, administration, and students from all the schools. They liked the shows, they liked the technicians (that's us!), and are very pleased with Camfel. Hopefully this will be the start of an big annual client. Word spreads quickly. Very neat.

It was worth getting up early for :)
