This morning, we navigated to our school, Thomas Jeffeson Middle School. The address we were given was not known by TomTom, but he did know a Thomas Jefferson Middle School in Lodi, NJ. Furthermore, our school was supposed to be on First Street. When we approached TomTom's idea of the school, it was right off of Fist Street. Okay, must be a weird typo on our paperwork. But that's okay. So we drove there, and pulled up behind the building. We tried to enter the building, but the doors were locked. So we called the contact number we had, and talked to the principal.

"We're here behind the building."
"Great! You see those reserved parking spaces by the dumpster?"
"Yeah"
"Just pull into one of those. They're right next to the stairs that go into the auditorium. Or, if you don't want stairs--well, wait right there, I'll be right out."

So we waited and waited, but didn't see anybody coming out to greet us. Soon, I realized that the phone we used to call him was silent--maybe we should turn it on in case he calls. Well, he called already.
Kelsey called him back, and over the course of conversation, realized that we were definitely not at the right school. We got directions, and they led us to Thomas Jefferson Middle School, 20 minutes away, also in Lodi. We went around to the back of the building, where we pulled into the reserved parking spaces next to the dumpster, by stairs that led to the auditorium.

Crazy coincidence that cost us, thankfully, only a little embarrassment and a half hour. We still got the show up in 40 minutes, and had 20 minutes to spare. All was well.

This afternoon we had some lunch at Panera as we organized paperwork. There was a mall across the street, so we did some shopping--mostly to kill time so we wouldn't have to spend hours of the evening in our Days Inn. Further down the road was Houlihans, where we enjoyed a great dinner. That's pretty much it!
