Just a quick entry to show you our Wales Road Trip photos. Yes, there were lots of sheep, and lots of grim mining towns, but we managed to find some not so bad places. Our first night was spent in Cardiff, which was fairly grim and grey. It was most amusing though to sit back and watch all the hen's parties and accompanying outfits.

For the next couple of days we drove around the Wales hills and coast, which doesn't seem to have changed much in the last century or four. Had a great Saturday night in a little tiny coastal village called Fishguard, with a fresh seafood dinner, and being taught how to say 'I hate the English' in Welsh by the local lads. Hmmm, still a little bit of anamosity there.

My favourite London Quirky moment this week has been that the trains are all 'going slow'for safety reasons because the tracks are too hot - it has reached the grand old temperature of 24 degrees. What the hell are these tracks made of?

The entire country also seems to have decided that it is a much better idea to sit in the park eating ice cream and sipping pimms than going to work. Here, here !

What a place.
