Ok Ok so maybe i didn't finish writing my book on dating but my over ambitious 15 point new year plan has pretty much been a success.
So i ran 4 half marathons, stayed away from online dating, Organised my life with a diary, No more stupid diets (except eating packet ham and diet coke with the wife), climbed all three of the UK's highest peaks, Saved for travelling, went to my first music festival, got a new job (kind of forced into that one), tried to learn how to stay away from emotional fuckwit men, and to visit two new countries...
My much used diary (tick) tells me that on November 2nd I am getting on a plane to Cairns (tick tick)
I never would have believed in the space of 10 months i would achieve all of these things, get made redundant, move out of our beloved Lypiatt Row and be embarking on a 7 month travelling adventure...
2011 has been the best year so far and certainly the year of change for so many of my friends....and now the time has come for it to change again!
Prepare yourself; this is my travelling story...

Omg!!!! Tears before lunch..........it's going to be emotional :-( goodbye, good luck and a big fat mahoosive enjoy every minute of it. Life is short, carry on reaching and achieving goals, there's so much more to come. Always remember its the journey, not the destination. I will miss my wife but know u will have a fab time.
