If that's how you spell it...
What a lovely place - wide open field, stream nearby and last night,
the stars, oh the stars - from one horizon to the other and back. Wow -
just amazing. The milky way so bright, shooting stars, twinkling
red/orange stars - stunning.
It was a bit cool last night - maybe in the upper 40s. The morning was clear, crisp and very peaceful.
Moved to a site with electricity - yeah, espresso for breakfast!
We took a short bike ride to the visitors center to learn about the area
and then Pat and Collin went for a ride up and over the hill - I'll let
him tell that story!
We moved the trailer to a spot with
electricity - normally this wouldn't be an issue, but when you're
trying to work remotely, having a fully charged battery and not relying
on charging through the car charger is a necessity. Now for a quick
lunch and up to the caverns for our journey! It's a two hour tour,
Dinner was great
Bedtime was early
What a day
Did I mention the mosquitoes? Wow - they are thick! We're bitten from head to toe!

Cool! We went to caves like these in southern Spain - amazing how the earth formed them. Sorry about the mosquitos - they're everywhere. Mom & Dad can't even go out in their backyard! Supposed to be 100 today so our days of complaining about rain must end.
I work at the gift shop up at the Caverns and I'm very glad to hear you're having a good time! I hope you enjoy the tour:)
The pictures of the rocks are beautiful. I am not sure that I could handle the inside of a cave: but , they must be absolutely beautiful. Enjoy the cool weather. It was 101 here today
The flowing rocks are fascinating! You can tell us about the formation when we see you. Keep your stories coming! We're enjoying them.
Wow. We drove right by those caverns last year and I didn't even know they were there. Oh well, we saw some similar ones in Florida. Hope your trip is going well. It sure looks like fun!
