Today we got the tube to Watford, while this could have been a much quicker event the fool ( sorry official infiormation man) decided that we did not need to know and sent us on the train that stopped every station menaing it took 1.5 hours insteas of 45 minutes. Iit was also an expensive venture costing nearly eighteen dollars each for an hour long train trip (remind me never to complain about the price of trains in perth again)

On arrival we then could not find a taxi even the guy at the station did not know where we might find one so we headed in to town and eventually found a cab rank and arrived at the car hire place just as it was closing. We had booked and paid for a small mini car but he said I have a treat for you and handed us the keys for an audi so we headed off to mum's looking very posh. We actually fitted in to the village quite well as it is full of posh cars lol.

We then with the family in tow headed to the bobbington markets. What great markets, lots of food and lots of other goodies including clotihng that my two little ones would die for. After spending way too much (it was at this point we decided we were not having carry on baggage to get home) we headed back to Mum's then on to our B&B.
The B&B is a little cottage and was so cute. We had a lovely room and it was quite strange as the lady is a friend of Mums.

We then had a quick clean up then off to the party, it was held in the local pub ( where else would you expect it is my mother after all) The place was packed and it was a surreal experience listening to these people I had never met talking aobut their perceptions of Mum.

All in all it was a great night and we headed home about 12.30pm.
