It was a hot, sticky, Tennesse Williams kind of night. I was sitting outside on my balcony writing, it was 3 in the morning, according to the news it was 26 degrees and 84% humidity. I decided I needed to get out of Buenos Aires for a few days. Spot some wildlife - get some fresh air in my lungs. So I headed for Puerto Madryn (no, not Puerto Madero..) in Patagonia.
I could write a whole long blog here, tell you in minute detail how utterly fabuloso the trip was.
But you know what?
My head is just filled with too much - too many images, not sufficient vocabulary.
I went diving with sea lions - consult the history books in Puerto Madryn for more info if you like.. - I saw whales jump, I marched with penguins. I filled my lungs with gorgeous sea air, I met some lovely people..
A picture says a thousand words right? Well, here's a couple of thousand for y'all..
