Our entry into Zimbabwe was relatively painless, though a bit time consuming.
Canadians are afforded a huge increase in Visa charges - can't remember the exact amount, but something like $65USD compared to the $35USD that the Americans were paying.
Our first "game drive" was a real treat. We actually got to walk right up to white rhinos. Okay - so we really crouched down into the grass and snuck up on them, but it was such an amazing experience! Black rhinos are much more unpredictable and not ones to be "snuck up on".
