We got up super early, and left for Todi, Italy with about 5 coach buses and 225 people! It was insane. So funny to see all these buses winding around the small little dirt roads and up the mountains It took us an hour and a half to get up to Todi. When we got there we took an incline up from the spot we parked becuase the buses couldnt get up the hill any further. It was really cool the fog surrounded the city which was on the edge of the hill, and it looked like it was out of some fairytale. It was amazing. We walked around the city for a few hours and we got to go inside a medieval church. Which seemed like it hadnt been renovated at all. The tiles were all in place many cracked and fragmented. So cool walking around in something so old. Unfortunatley they do not allow pictures so I dont have any from the church. Then me, Kelley, and Lindsey went ice skating at this rink they had set up right in the middle of town, so pretty. It was alot cooler up in the mountains than it has been in rome becuase of the elevation, something i had neglected to think about. So we were kind of cold. After about two hours everyone loaded on the bus and we went to titignana. There we had a four hour meal it was amazing!! They had this house wine, which we were warned about on the way there about how strong it was, but man was that strong! And they werent shy about offering it, they had four bottles for every two people placed on the table when we first arrived. We had all kinds of italian meats, vegtables and pastas plus some desert at the end. I absolutley loved it. It was just one of those days that had exceeded all my expectations. I was so happy i had decided to go! Enjoy the pics from the day they are amazing!
