I was very pleased that finally before I got somewhere that I was made aware of this situation and having lost my patience with everyone and reached breaking point I was no one's friend and didnt' want to be either.
So I managed to find the Hawa Mahal although didnt quite figure out what it was for despite waling around it several times. It is a very beautifuyl and interesting building though.
Then I thought I would go for a walk around the bazaars. It didnt take long before I was surrounded by many men using the same ole lines its too hot to walk around, come to my shop you don't have to buy anything just look we can drink chai and talk. This to me now translates as I will talk you listen for several hours then I will force you into buying something.
I replied telling them how i loved the heat. OK now this is a slight exxaggeration because it was about 50 degrees and i'm in a Salwar Kameeze and constantly pouring with sweat. I've got a headache wso I don't want to talk and I don't like cchai.
They were having none of it and while they were all droning on about something or another I spotted a saddhu across the street wearing red knickers ( I think they call them lunghi's) holding what looked like a pithc fork similar to that which the devil holds. I quickly whipped out my camera as it was too good a photo opporutnity to miss but sadly he started walking aways. With that I turned to all the gem scammers and told them I'm off to find the Saddhu and started running down the street.
Unforutnatley I didn't get to catch up with the Saddhu I think he caught the bus but I would have really liked to thank him for rescuing me from all the gemstone scammers that I managed to ecape from.
