On the plane across from Borneo we met this drunk american guy who spent all his time warning us of how careful we had to be in the Philippines, after drinking a bottle of vodka on the plane he told is at the gate that he didnt want to read in the paper about 2 white girls getting killed so to look after ourselves...he was charming and scared the shit out of me a little. Then when the taxi driver dropped us off told us not to carry money or phones around or we could get robbed!

Im thinking what are we doing here!
